A few days back, I brought up the importance of a Burning Desire

If you don’t want your goals bad enough, your odds of achieving them are slim to none…

This is a universal truth that’s equally applicable in or out of the gym. And the bigger your goals, usually the greater your desire needs to be…

This doesn’t mean a burning desire should only be reserved for ‘big things.’ Not at all…

It’s been my experience that the more you want something, the quicker you’ll go about achieving it…

This isn’t some new age hocus pocus version of the Law of Attraction. I don’t care who you are, just thinking about something isn’t enough to make it happen…

For those who think otherwise, try the following experiment…

1.  Drive into the blazing hot desert in the middle of summer…
2.  Get out of car…
3.  Wander around aimlessly without water…
4.  Once dehydration kicks in, start ‘attracting’ a tall, cool, crisp glass of cold water…
5.  Start digging a hole as you do this… you’re going to need it…

All I got to say is, good luck, (and I’m not seriously suggesting you go out and do this. just in case anyone was foolish enough to think that I was serious,)

So, now that you know I’m not basing my suggestion on some ridiculous Tinkerbelle spell, let’s get to business…

I haven’t heard of a great achiever or champion who hasn’t used some form of what I’m about to share with you…

From great leaders, inventors, athletes, martial artists and old time Iron Slingers to bodybuilders, like Arnie, Pearl and more, they’ve all used this in one way or another…

Some did it without realizing it, others we’re very aware of what they were doing…

So if you want to be fitter, faster, stronger, bigger, leaner, etc, I highly recommend taking the following advice to heart…

Each of these champs used visualization to help them get what they wanted.

By continuously picturing what you want, you concentrate all of your energy into making it happen.

I’ve met more than a few people who wanted something, sometimes badly, but they just didn’t have the ‘fire in their belly’ to make it happen.

If that’s you, don’t worry. This exercise helps build your desire up into a raging inferno…

By forming a picture of what you want in your mind and constantly focusing on it, you will become infatuated with it overtime …

It also helps to say what you want to accomplish as you visualize it.

For many, the most effective times to do this exercise are upon rising and just before bed.

Every time you do this, it’s like adding a log to the fire.

Soon you’ll find yourself thinking and drawn to the idea of your goal. This eventually leads to the ‘doing’ necessary to make it happen, which is the key to getting what you want…

A lot more can be written about this, but you’ve got enough to get you started.

Start by putting it to use RIGHT NOW…

Keep it up, and you will notice a difference…
