The One Exercise Workout


Is it possible to have a one exercise workout?

You bet it is.

One exercise routines are a little ‘secret’ of strongmen and bodybuilders of days gone by.

When they found their gains or enthusiasm waning, many would drop all but one main exercise per day.

You’re probably wondering how in the world can only ONE exercise possibly produce results?

First off, we’re not talking about puny exercises like concentration curls, leg extensions, or lunges.

No, no, we’re talking about big, heavy, compound exercises. The type of movements that build real horsepower.

They work the most amount of muscle per rep, resulting in the biggest gains. They’re also second to none when it comes to building fright train strength.

These types of routines are VERY ‘low volume.’ That means they consume less energy, and have a much smaller impact on your recovery system. That’s a good thing when it comes to growing bigger and stronger.

These routines are also real short. They don’t get much more abbreviated than this.

Because they’re so brief, you’re able to bring on the intensity without worrying too much about burnout. And this is important, because if you’re not ‘bringing it on,’ don’t expect much from these routines.

They also allow you to specialize on a certain movement. And this is a great way to boost your numbers.

These are some of the main benefits of one exercise routines. As I said above, a great time to use them is when you find your gains or enthusiasm dropping.

They’re also great to use after a higher volume program.

The winter months lend themselves well to this type of training, too.

And finally, these programs are perfect for when find you’re life is insanely busy, or if you expect it to get busy for the next little while.

These routines take little more than 20-30 mins, and that includes changing your clothes and having a quick shower. And you can’t convince me that a person can’t find 30 mins to train in the run of a 24 hr day. (You just need to want it enough to do what-ever-it-takes.)

If you’re looking for something new, try one exercise workouts for the next 6-10 weeks.

Some might think you’re lost your marbles for doing such little work. But then they’ll lose theirs once they see the progress you’re making.

All it takes is desire, and action…
